No matter what or how much I do, someone is still upset with me, somewhere. Sound familiar? It’s a story that routinely runs around my brain.
As a leader that believes I am put on this planet to make a difference in the lives around me, it’s a constant.
Do I beat myself up feeling I could have done more?
Or am I loving and compassionate with myself, acknowledging what I did do, knowing how I treat myself in that moment is what matters most.
For the humble servant, the person that inspires, takes care of and supports others in being, doing and having all they can in this lifetime, acknowledging yourself in the moments when it seems least logical is the exact thing that allows us to be, do and have more.
